General terms of use that apply to everyone:
You may NOT share your username and password with anyone! At signup your IP is logged and is logged each and every time you login to the member area and I check them on a regular basis.

You may profit from your finished product when using tubes. You can make sigtags, websets etc using the tubes.

You may profit from the lineart as long as you have purchased a Tube License and they are shaded first.

You must display the member logo somewhere on your site within 5 days linked back to http://lilpixiehaven.com

If you want to use my graphics after your membership has expired you must have the logo up too.

All members may request 5 sigtags per week for the duration of their membership

Present and past members must provide a link where my graphics are used or displayed.

Lifetime meberships are for the life of the site. Not the lifetime of me or you.

You may not share out anything from the members area with others.

You may NOT share anything from my member area on yahoo groups, pixel sharing groups, msn groups or image sharing websites.

All items in the membership section are not to be distributed in any way.

Copying, selling, slicing or claming the graphics as your own is prohibited!

You may not use any of the items in my members area on forums, groups or in emails Except sigtags and IM Letters.

Anyone caught violating my terms of use will be removed from the members area indefinitely.

You may not claim anything in the members area as your own work.

I currently only accept payment through PayPal.

All sales are final - No refunds.

NO AS IS whatsoever!
Nothing from Lil Pixie Haven members area may be sold with an as is option!


Livejournal, myspace, facebook and similar site usage terms:
I'm sorry but I do not accept these type of sites because you can not have the protection scripts installed and most of my membership owners do not allow their graphics being used at these sites.


Personal, commersial and blog website terms:
You may use all graphics inside the members area for display as long as a "no right click script", "no drag and drop script"  and "IE6 Image Toolbar Disabler" are installed on every page my graphics are displayed.


Tubes
Do NOT claim them as your own
You may NOT offer any Tubes As Is!
These tubes are for end use only.
You may NOT alter my tubes in any way. You may flip and mirror them only.
You must provide an active link to http://lilpixiehaven.com on every page where my tubes appear.
These Tubes may NOT be used or sold As Is, they must be made into a new graphic such as sigtags, websets, premades, stationery, etc.
You must add other items to make a finished graphic.
You may NOT use my tubes to make lineart or other tubes
You may NOT use my tubes in any makers such as doll makers etc


Sigtags
You must provide an active link to http://lilpixiehaven.com whenever you use my sigtags
You may NOT alter my sigtags in any way.
You may NOT resell or give away my sigtags
You may NOT request sigtags for your friends. They are exclusive to LPH members.
You can order 5 sigtags/week


IM Letters
You may NOT alter my IM Letters in any way.
You may NOT resell or give away my IM Letters
They are exclusive to LPH members.
You may NOT rip them apart and use the graphics in them for anything else.
You may NOT change my IM Letters in to Outlook stationary


Websets
You must be able to have the "No Right Click Script", "IE6 Image Toolbar Disabler" and "Disable Drop and Drag Script" installed on every page in order to use my websets
The websets are for your personal use only, for website decoration.
You may NOT resell the websets or give them away.
You may NOT edit the graphics included in the webset unless otherwise stated.
Do NOT remove the credit links.
You may NOT resell anything from the webset including layout
Comes with all the required scripts do NOT remove them
None of the graphics are to be used in emails
Personal use only
A link back to Lil Pixie Haven http://lilpixiehaven.com is required
You may NOT use my layouts with any other graphics, mine or others.


Tube License:
The license is personal, which means you can NOT share it with your friends or coowners.
The tube license is valid for one person (you) and one site.
Tube license holders may offer the colored outline (not the outline itself) as tube packs either for profit or in their password protected members area only. 
The tube license must be displayed on every page where my lines appear with a link back to me. 
It will not expire and you are free to use it after your membership ends as long as you have the tube license up and linked on every page where my outlines appear.
You may NOT offer anything you create with my lineart As Is
You may NOT offer the dolls naked. They must be fully dressed with clothes & hair. Underwear is NOT fully dressed.
You may NOT rename the characters when you tube them
There is also individual tube license available for each outline set.



**If you have been proven to have stolen graphics or abused copyright or another sites terms of use I will not sell you a membership and if you already are a member of LPH I will immediately terminate your membership with NO REFUND!
